1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BMS you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Subscription and payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use BMS for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, or to violate the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of these terms.

4. Limitation of liability

BMS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
