Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, a pro-rata credit may be issued at our discretion.

Bank transfers

Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed upon receipt of funds. Refunds for bank transfer orders are processed within 7 business days.
